The special preparation of Valencian paella is one of his trade marks. He defines his cuisine as modern and never gives up experimenting, especially with the fresh seafood. He is young, ambitious and he is the chef of Gloria Mar Pamporovo and Gloria Mar Nessebar restaurants for a third season in a row- Yaroslav Matev.

One of his special attractions is the "paella party" he is organizing in our saloon in Nessebar, and in Pamporovo you can try some of his International cuisine delights, you'll love them.
